I bought a pair of shoes just two days earlier, tried them on at home, and realized they were uncomfortable. I went back with the shoes in perfect condition and the original receipt, expecting a straightforward return. What caught me off guard wasn’t the policy, but the way I was treated. The staff member who helped me was blunt, dismissive, and honestly just rude from the moment I walked up to the counter. I would’ve mentioned her by name here, but she never introduced herself and didn’t wear a badge, which says a lot on its own. I’ve always liked Cole Haan, but this visit left a bad taste. When someone spends good money on a product, the least they should get is respect and a clear explanation of the policy. This store really needs to work on how it treats customers, because experiences like this make it hard to recommend this location at all.
