Talked to the manager and he wouldn't allow me to return them either. Just not great customer service. I guess I'll stop elsewhere from now on. Thanks!
- APANTONIO PinoJan 19, 20253.0On Friday 1/17/25, 1.32 pm. I called cole haans Jersey Garden to check on a pair of shoes, a guy by name Wilken answer and i asked to check on a pair of shoes. He put me on hold, then a girl picks up the phone and tells me the shoes are sold. Next day I go back at 4pm and found 4 pairs in same area. My point is some employees there shouldn't be working in costomer service.
