I bought a LEGO set from this store, only to later find the exact same item on Amazon’s official LEGO store for $40 less. I purchased it from Amazon and came back to return the one from this store. During the return, the staff repeatedly questioned whether I had opened or used the item, even though I clearly stated multiple times that I hadn’t. The box they sold me already had a partially opened sticker, yet I was treated as if I was being dishonest. Overall, the interaction felt untrusting and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this store again — you never know if the products on the shelf have issues, and if you try to return something, be prepared to be questioned over and over.

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
