  Dishonesty and gaslighting is never cool. My sis and I just visited post Black Friday. There was a table with about 20+ black leggings which had a price tag of $4.50 (see photo) We searched for our sizes and grabbed 5 of them. We did self check-out. When I scanned the leggings all 5 came up as $6.00 each. I called over a manager, showed her the $4.50 price tag. She started punching in codes..to the end of it she said the $4.50 price tag was the Black Friday sale price, and the regular price should be $6.00. So I was like “wait, so why does this clearly say $4.50, aren’t all these the same leggings” she said “yeh but only this one has the perforated $4.50 price tag attached, the other four tags do not so I can only honor this one legging at $4.50 and you’ll have to pay $6 for the other four” We were like “narrrr there’s a bunch of leggings on the table with that same $4.50 price tag” (just our luck to grab four leggings that had that extra $4.50 tag ripped off) So the manager was quick to say she definitely doesn’t think any of the leggings on the table says $4.50 and this “random” one we had is a mistake and should have been removed from the table. Why does the manager proceed to go over to the table out of sight, comes back to where we were cashing out and was quick to say “see ladies I took a photo, the leggings never said $4.50, they are $6” I wasn’t satisfied cause I know what I saw, so I left my sis at the checkout and took my butt back over to the table….why did I go over there and all the initial leggings we saw now had the $4.50 price ripped off..it was so obvious cause the tags were all poking out to one side of each legging in the same direction…..I’m like really girl??? You didn’t do your job to ensure correct pricing was displayed, and went out of your way to gaslight us into thinking we were crazy???? So I took my time and went through all the leggings, I found one more in the pile that too said $4.50. I quickly grabbed it up and my sis was still standing at the checkout. I walked up with the leggings in my hand and signaled the same manager back over..I was like “well here’s another one” The look on her face, priceless. She punched in whatever code and honored the $4.50. We ended up only getting those two $4.50 leggings. The principle of it all just turned me off from getting the others. Just insane to think you have to lie and be deceitful just to prove your point. Not worth it. Avoid and shop elsewhere.

  Worst Primark I've ever been to. The store manager was rude and very dismissive when asking for help. To make it worse, she kept chatting with her employees and forgot about me.

  Rude security. 11/4/25 8pm. They gave no bags to put what I bought. Security rudely tells me to walk back inside from the middle of the store, tells me to go to her (at the center of the store) so she can check my receipt. Store should have bags & security should be at the exit & not be rude to customers.
