- MOMonika OlsavskyJan 6, 20241.0WE JUST GOT ESCORTED OUT OF THE MALL. Yes, you’re reading it right! We just got ESCORTED OUT because we wanted to return a pair of sunglasses. My husband bought me a pair of sunglasses as a Christmas present but it wasn’t my style so we decided to return it. He paid cash. This was our 3rd attempt to try and return these sunglasses. Just so you know, you can only get store credit or some sort of a check- that would take about 3 months and for some reason they never have enough cash in the register to give you your money back. The Ray-Ban sunglasses my husband bought were $210. The girl at the register told us they currently have $1000 in their register but they cannot go under that amount. The manager (if that’s even who that was- based on her behavior) came out but she wasn’t willing to call any stores in the area for us to see if they have enough cash in their register and she even had us ESCORTED OUT because apparently we were making her and her colleague uncomfortable (like we were feeling comfortable :) ) There is no comment to how unprofessional this is in 2024, I’ve never ever experienced such ridiculous service. To say we’re frustrated about not being able to get our money back is an understatement. They refused to give us our refund even though they had the cash in the register. I don’t know who the owner of this location is but they should have their lenses checked. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE TERMINATED.
