I attempted to return a pair of sunglasses that had a minor scratch exactly how it was sold, and I was immediately met with resistance from the supervisor. She was rude from the beginning, didn’t even look at my receipt properly, and initially claimed the item wasn’t on it. After I pointed it out, she finally acknowledged it was listed but then shifted to saying the scratch was noted. To make matters worse, the sunglasses were sold to me in the wrong case, which is part of the reason I wanted to return them in the first place. Instead of being helpful, the supervisor seemed more interested in shutting the conversation down than resolving the issue. I ended up having to contact customer service and file a report, and now I’m waiting on a resolution. Very disappointing service and not what I expected from a store like Sunglass Hut.
