I made an appointment and we went there, but honestly—don’t waste your time. They don’t have a big selection and only sell Nuna. The lady who was supposed to help us kept saying, “Everything is online now, just look there.” She couldn’t answer any of our questions. It wasn’t a good experience. For first-time parents, Nordstrom is definitely not the place to shop for baby gear.

Asked me to swipe my Nordstrom card which I did. thought everything went to my Nordstrom card. Went home. Later received an email showing that one of the items went back on a gift card. He never mentioned anything to me about a gift card nor gave me a physical gift card. That refund is in an email electronic gift card-never heard of!!! Terrible communication skills! Poor customer service. I had to call customer service to find out where my money went??? Customer service suggested to call up Menlo and complain. I am not wasting more of my time making phone calls. Forgot about merchandise- store is empty! Employees offer poor customer service. I have been a customer for over 30 years now.., don’t enjoy shopping there anymore. What a shame!
