We attempted to return the item 10 days after the purchase, well within the 30-day return window explicitly stated on the receipt. The store refused to accept the return, directly contradicting their own written policy. This level of service is unacceptable, and I was extremely disappointed by their unwillingness to honor their policy. I highly recommend being cautious of this establishment's misleading return practices."

The sales associate was really nice and helpful, but the manager (Margot - if I got the name right) completely ruined the experience. She was extremely rude, condescending, and looked at me like couldn't afford Michael Kors. FYI: I don't even wear MK bags—| own higher-end brands, modesty aside. I was there to buy gifts, not for myself. How much do you actually earn as a store manager to have the audacity to look down on customers? This is not the first time I've experienced this exact attitude from the same person at MK Edison. It's disappointing and unacceptable. Every customer deserves respect and humility, no matter what they look like or what they're buying. I will never shop at this store again. The store manager thinks she’s “ ALL THAT” 🤬
