Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Rebecca delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right items. She took the time to educate me on the benefits of several items, explained the differences between styles, and made thoughtful recommendations. Because of her guidance, I purchased all of my gifts here, including belt bags and Align leggings, which truly live up to the hype. I walked in browsing and walked out a believer in the brand, entirely because of the experience she created. This pop-up is an asset to the mall, and team members like Rebecca are exactly why. Leadership should absolutely take notice. This store deserves to stay, and Rebecca deserves recognition. Highly recommend stopping in.

- SGshweta GDec 13, 20251.0Very poor customer service. Bought a $200 jacket that is defective. Product is defective within 15 days of purchase apparently. Do not stand by their product or service. I would never buy from this company. Overpriced and poor delivery. They would not return. Only allow “quality promise “ even if it’s their fault and you don’t like for etc.Simply horrible in 2025 to be doing business like this.
