  Alex went above and beyond to find me a pair of jeans I needed. I can't thank him enough. The quality of customer service and professionalism he showed was outstanding. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Hats off to dxl for hiring quality people.

  I have to say, walking into DXL Big and Tall felt like stepping into a candy shop made exactly for people like me. For once, I didn’t have to worry about sizes being too small or styles not fitting my build this store had everything I wanted and more. Every rack, every section, every option felt like it was tailored with big and tall customers in mind. It’s rare to walk into a place and feel completely confident that whatever you try on is actually going to fit comfortably and look great, but that’s exactly what DXL delivered. A huge shoutout to my assistant manager, Jason, who made the entire experience even better. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and honestly one of the best retail associates I’ve ever dealt with. I came in needing an outfit for my cousin’s wedding, and Jason didn’t just help me find a suit he helped me look sharp. He put together matching accessories that went perfectly with my suit and tie, making the whole look feel complete and classy. His eye for detail and his genuine care made the process smooth and enjoyable. I walked out feeling confident, well-dressed, and genuinely happy with my experience. I love this place, and I’m definitely coming back for all my future events and everyday wear. If you’re big or tall and tired of struggling with sizes and styles, DXL is honestly a dream come true.
