  Extremely friendly staff. I went in with intentions just to try things on and order online later. But Julia ended up finding a pair of boots that I loved (not any of the ones I picked out lol). Long story short my partner and I walked out with a new pair of shoes, socks and a wallet. Fully intend to return here if I buy the Mary Janes. Julia was super friendly. not pushy, and intuitive - I hope she becomes a manager.

  I had a great experience at the mall thanks to Ray, Alyssa, and Ted. They were so kind and knowledgeable while helping me buy and return shoes. Their excellent customer service made the process smooth and stress-free!
