Most recently I went for an online return for a suit not realizing the return policy is 30 days from shipping not delivery (which is unreasonable already). The suit was for a wedidng and not as pictures online. I recongize the supervisor doesnt make the rules, but her attitude was rude and unhelpful and its not the first time I have had this experience at this store. They wouldn't accept the return though the item was fully tagged and it it's original packaging and they wouldn't even offer a credit. Between the bad customer service, the declining quality/style, and restrictive return policy I don't plan to shop here again.
