I witnessed her raising her voice at him about sales and telling him that if he didn’t hit his numbers, she would remove him. This type of public humiliation and intimidation is unacceptable in any workplace. Employees deserve respect and fair treatment, not to be threatened or yelled at by their manager.

After choosing the pair she helped ringing the purchase. She was friendly and asked if I wanted to join the sunglass hut club. Everything was smooth from coming in, deciding the glasses and check out. Thank you
