  I recently went in for a Rolex consultation with Mo and can’t speak highly enough of Watches of Switzerland and specifically Mo. They couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. Bar none it was the best experience I’ve ever had in any brand boutique I’ve been in. I look forward to working with Mo going forward, it’s rare to work with a great sales professional and I was blown away by how wonderful the store and staff is.

  I had a great experience working with Mohamed. He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his stuff. He went above and beyond to help me get my two-tone Datejust Wimbledon, and the whole process felt smooth and straightforward. He kept me updated along the way and made everything easy, with no pressure at all. I really appreciate the effort and service, and I’ll definitely continue building my collection with this store.   Great overall experience at this Watches of Switzerland location. Beautiful store, great selection, and a very welcoming atmosphere. What really keeps me coming back, though, is Kelvin. His knowledge and professionalism make the entire purchasing process seamless, no matter what brand of watch you’re considering. He’s taken the time to understand my preferences and has helped me begin curating a collection across different brands, which I truly appreciate. It never feels like a typical sales experience, more like working with someone who genuinely wants to help you make the right choice. Highly recommend asking for Kelvin if you visit.

  I have been trying to purchase my dream Rolex for over three years and have visited many Rolex stores during that time. Unfortunately, most of my experiences were disappointing. The staff attitudes often made me feel like I was begging them to sell me a watch, and the process of acquiring one usually ended with them simply taking my information and never following up. That experience completely changed when I visited Watches of Switzerland and met Mo. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I was offered drinks several times, and Mo took the time to talk with me like a friend rather than just a customer. He took down my information and told me he would do his best to help me get my dream watch. Honestly, I didn’t expect to hear back. About a week later, Mo followed up just to let me know he hadn’t forgotten about me, which already impressed me. Then two weeks later, he called to tell me he had secured the watch for me. I was speechless. I went to the store the next day to pick it up. Mo was helping another customer at the time, but the rest of the staff made sure I was comfortable and offered me drinks while I waited. When I finally saw my dream watch, it was an incredible moment. Mo took his time adjusting the links multiple times to make sure the watch fit perfectly and that I was completely comfortable with it. The entire transaction was smooth and professional. I truly appreciate everything Mo did. After finally getting my dream Rolex, I jokingly told him not to call me for at least a year so I could save up for my next one. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Rolex retailer.
