- DDDakotaMar 30, 20261.0I walked in with my boyfriend to get him those new loafers. The shoe that was on display was the same size as he wears. As he sits down to try it on, some lady with short hair straight up SNATCHES the shoe from his hand and says that he can't try on the display shoe due to "company policy". Walked immediately out. Im completely baffled. As a company you should aim for customers comfort, regardless of policy it should be nicely explained instead. There was no reason for this interaction. Vans, do better.

Additionally, this number is what official vans customer service provided and confirmed. Very inconvenient that I have to go in person to fix the problem.

I don't know what the main issue was, but one employee (with red highlights in her hair) was with a customer at the front register when another employee (with short, black hair) interjected about something with the customer. I don't know what the lady with the short, black hair said, but the customer seemed agitated with her. Once the transaction was over, the woman with the short hair started berating the girl with the red highlights. The girl with the red highlights clearly seemed uncomfortable, but it took ANOTHER employee to point that out to her. I don’t know what her deal it but I found that interaction from the woman with short black hair incredibly unprofessional.
