She was patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to our preferences without ever making us feel rushed. My husband and I felt extremely well taken care of throughout our visit. As a shopper who regularly visits and compares other luxury brands, I can confidently say that Angel’s professionalism and thoughtful approach stood out.   The customer service inside this store is awful. I arrived during the week at 2 pm (not a busy time) I walked up to the men by the front door and told them I wanted to return something. They gave me the most confused bewildered faces and said the sales associates were busy and couldn’t help me and to take a seat.. there were 3 employees just standing along the perimeter of the store doing nothing and then 2 sales associates helping a couple for 30+ minutes before even acknowledging me. Make it make sense….

  It’s a beautiful store at a new location!! I feel very welcomed at this location. Store manger and director are by very polite and sweet human beings. Carol Z. helped us picked out a couple of lovely jewelry and she is very professional, knowledgeable and patience. Highly recommend this store and go find Carol!!
