  So unfortunate to have such a negative experience. Maybe next time we visit we’ll “look the part.” Took my 11yr old son, who was so excited to experience the store, but the 2 employees there allowed him to experience for the first time, what I will call discrimination. They had those club ropes in front of the doors and saw us looking in the store and wanting to come in, but they did not acknowledge us at all, so we ended up just going in. And still, at no point were we greeted or even asked if we needed assistance. Luckily, I’m one of those folks who have no problem not spending my money where it’s not wanted, and if this is the type of service or “experience” you’re supposed to receive when buying these luxury brands, I’ll be better off on Canal St or one of these TT suppliers, which my son said “let’s just go back to Canal st, you see what they say on TT, all this stuff is made over there anyway” Such a shame…Thanks D&G for a memorable experience and further cementing the fact that it would never be worth it for me to waste my money.

  Take your money somewhere else!! Much better to buy from department store because this store has ridiculous policies! They literally didn’t let me use a store credit I have to order something saying their online website is a different store than the actual store. How does that even make sense?? Never had these kind of issues in any other store. Will never purchase anything from them again

  Gorgeous store with a beautiful selection of clothes and accessories and an amazingly friendly, fashionable and knowledgeable staff! Victor was the best at helping me find exactly what I wanted, and made the whole experience exciting and fun!
