  Should have caught the names of the employee that helped me, but didn't really pay attention. Came to the store looking for sneakers, the gentlemen that assisted me was very kind. Unfortunately, they did not have the color I wanted, but the same sneaker was available only in a different color. All I wanted to do was try it on before I ordered the color I actually wanted. Then another sales associate came out, a lady, and right off the bat I could tell she was a problem. Advised me that I need to place a deposit on the item if I want to try it on. Felt very disrespected, shopped at Prada, Gucci, Hermes, and have never had someone tell me I needed to place a non-refundable deposit for just trying it on.

  This was my first time at Saint Laurent, and Danya was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, patient, and kind throughout my visit. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I had such a great experience thanks to her and will definitely be coming back.

  This is a great store with good customer service! They are clean and neat. The security named Alex was great help and wonderful to have at the store. Overall great experience will be coming back!

  As soon as I walked in everyone was very attentive and helpful. The store was extremely organized and security was on their top game making sure everything was secure and in place
