  I've been collecting watches for over 25 years, and for the last 8 have been actively refreshing my collection. My experiences with watch retailers globally have been varied, so I'm happy to have found a retailer closer to home that I feel comfortable with. Mohammad is incredibly personable, he makes one feel truly welcome, walking through details and never making you feel rushed. I found his professionalism and knowledge of the products he had in the store extremely helpful, especially as I have been guiding my wife in her newfound love of watches in the last year. His willingness to answer all her questions increased her awareness and enthusiasm to continue with me on our watch collecting journey. Because of his outstanding service with multiple purchases, we’ll keep coming back."

  I recently had the pleasure of acquiring a Rolex Submariner from Watches of Switzerland, and the entire experience was nothing short of world class. From the moment I started the process, I was greeted with a level of professionalism and warmth that is rare to find. I worked specifically with Aaron, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was extremely knowledgeable. Aaron knows Rolex timepieces, as well as many other brands, inside and out. He took the time to explain the heritage and technical specs of the Submariner, making the purchase feel like a true milestone. Aaron was helpful and patient, guiding me through the acquisition process with genuine care, never making me feel rushed or pressured. But most of all he was welcoming; the atmosphere he created was inclusive and friendly, which made the entire journey incredibly enjoyable. The excellence continued the day I collected the watch. When I picked up my allocation, Maria was equally welcoming and helpful. She made the final handover feel special and ensured every detail was perfect. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Submariner. Because of the incredible service from Aaron and Maria, Watches of Switzerland has earned a customer for life, and I will definitely be returning for my next piece, not just from Rolex but all the brands they carry.

  recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a Rolex, and a big part of what made it so memorable was the exceptional service I received from Kelvin. From the moment I arrived, Kelvin was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for the brand and attention to detail really stood out and made the entire process an incredible experience. When it came time to finalize everything, Kelvin ensured the presentation was perfect and explained all the details about the watch, warranty, and care. It felt like a true luxury experience from start to finish. If you’re considering purchasing a Rolex or any watch WoS offers, I highly recommend working with Kelvin.   Had an appointment scheduled several months out for the American Dream Mall location. Was purchasing my first New Omega retail and for months was looking forward to trying on a few watches and the entire experience. Upon arriving at the store, I was eventually met by a less than welcoming lady who was questioning why I was visiting. After sharing my appointment information, the representative that I originally was scheduled to have a consult with was not working that day. I felt like I was inconvenience the staff there. There was no warm and welcoming process. I told the individual what I was there for, she brought 2 sized for me to try and that was it. We never went over information about the watch, there was no discussion about pricing, what the warranty serves, or why I should give my business to Watches of Switzerland. For such a large purchase, and for it being for my 40th birthday, I was hoping for slightly more welcoming and luxurious experience. I did get a nice bottle of water and my 2 daughters got cans of soda halfway in. Probably won't be going back for future purchases. The lady that attended to me didn't even wear gloves during the watch handling.

  For years, I've been envious of my good friend's watch collection. While I've collected some nice pieces over the years, I was missing that statement piece- a piece I can pass down to my son, and he to his. That's when my friend introduced me to Watches of Switzerland. From the moment I walked in, I was taken back by the professionalism and erudition of the staff. Steve was particularly helpful, and acted as a guide throughout the entire process. I tend to dress modestly and while some of the watches were beautiful, they did not match my more reserved taste. Steve was able to make suggestions and lead me to a few watches that were exactly what I was looking for. I gave him my details and then came the wait... Several months later, I got the call- it was Steve. He asked if I was still interested, and of course my answer was a resounding "yes". I set my appointment, braved the snow, and the rest is history. I am thrilled with my new watch. I love the look, I love the weight, I even love the sound. I see how this becomes an addiction. My only problem now is that the wife is already demanding hers.
