  I had a really great experience at the Watches of Switzerland - American Dream Location. They have a good selection of watches from many different brands, limited editions, and vintage pieces. Aaron was very helpful and accommodating with us. We were emailing back and forth through out the day and he gave me great information even before I got to the store. Then at the store, he helped us pick out watches within our budget and preferences. He was very knowledge in all areas and was able to answer our questions and offer added details we may have missed. He was thorough and very relatable. We got to the store late, a little before the store closed and he stayed well after the store closed to ensure we don’t miss anything with the paperwork and that the watches fit perfectly before we left. Whether you are new to watches or are an avid collector, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Aaron.

  I was a new customer and a novice coming in. I had a meeting scheduled with Philip and that whole process in itself was extremely streamline with the help of Q. My experience with Philip was great, he helped educate me on the different models, color ways for the bezels and styling for bracelets. Watches of Switzerland had a great ambiance and assortment of watches to see and feel hands on. I was able to register my profile and I look forward to continuing this relationship as a returning customer.

  Kelvin’s knowledge of watches never ceases to amaze me. He has constantly taught me about new brands, and his passion shows fully toward his clients. Today he came through on a piece for me and made the process seamless as always. The Wimbledon is a new colorway in my collection, and I’m excited to wear it. I appreciate learning something new every time I see him here, and suggest you ask for him to learn all you can about all levels of horology. Thank you again Kelvin

  I visited Watches of Switzerland to celebrate my college graduation and had an unforgettable experience. Moe was incredible from start to finish. He took the time to really walk me through everything, shared his own story with Omega, and even talked about some of the amazing Omega events he’s been part of. That passion made the whole experience feel personal and special. With his help, I purchased an Omega Speedmaster Professional (sapphire) and a Cartier. Both pieces mean a lot to me, and Moe made sure the process felt relaxed, genuine, and memorable. As a new collector, I really appreciated how he treated me with respect and never made me feel rushed. This was easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to Moe as I continue building my collection. Highly recommend!

  Watches of Switzerland is a fantastic watch store with an extensive selection of brands and superb staff. Philip is the sales associate that has supported me on my watch collection journey. Philip is always very customer centric - focused on the customer being pleased with their purchase vs making the hard sale. This approach has led to my acquiring 4 watches from Philip. Philip has been helpful in bringing watches in from other locations when not available at the East Rutherford store. Philip was also very helpful in helping to secure a Rolex for my wife for our anniversary. Always a pleasure to work with Philip and the entire team at WOS! Highly recommend them!
