  Yesterday I went to the Vans store to purchase shoes for my son. There were two attendants who were super. First one was named Mel and the second was named Kalen. These two people were great. They were super friendly, so patient, and really helped me. They took their time to talk to me and made sure that I got what I wanted. They were truly concerned with me finding the right pair of shoes, not just making an easy sale. If you go to this store, ask for Mel and Kalen. They were great!

  I went to this store to browse around and they have very great quality of sneakers but it's very expensive and you have to watch would buy. The staff were very friendly to us. Nice selection of variety at this store.

  Upon arrival my husband and i were greeted by a gentleman at the front of the store folding clothes. As head back to feet wear, my husband found a pair that he wanted and we looked over at a rep chatting up with coworker but we still asked for a size. The rep repeated our order and came out with two pairs that were different style than the one we wanted and a completely different size. When we told him that he brought out the incorrect style and size he frustratedly went to the back to checked to see if they had it. The rep showed lack of eye contact and basic customer service skills. He would cut us off and walk away as were trying work and see what options they had. Every time he went to the back you could still hear him chatting away with his coworker. What made thing worse is that it seemed like he was annoyed by having to fo back and forth to check on the item we wanted. His tone and body language while speaking with us was not welcoming. Had he spent the five minutes focused on helping us correctly he would not have to go to the back four times. My husband and i walked out with zero help from anyone else on the floor.
