  Came here for a pick up order that there was an issue with (not the fault of the store) Carla and Sara were PHENOMENAL in doing everything they can to locate the order... when the order was located and tried it on to find out because of the material it ran a little bigger than thought... they both did an amazing job locating the correct sizes needed and explained the process with an exchange of an order that was placed online...the exchange was processed without issue... both were extremely patient and provided exceptional service... and while being attentive to this issue they still were able to manage taking care of the other customers in the store... left thinking this is what customer service should be like... going through what could have caused the problem with the order and going through every solution until the order was located.. AMAZING

  I had such a great experience at the Express in American Dream Mall! The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. The store itself was also very well kept and organized, which made shopping so much easier and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Tamira, who was an absolute ray of sunshine. She was warm, funny, and made the whole shopping experience feel effortless. You can tell her team genuinely enjoys working with her, there’s such a positive energy in the store. I also want to recognize Rosie, who helped me on two separate visits. She was so sweet, patient, and attentive. She went above and beyond to help me and my mom get the best pricing on our orders, and we truly appreciated her kindness. I highly recommend this Express location, amazing customer service, a great team, and an all-around fantastic shopping experience!

  The team here at the American Dream are awesome. They take the time to help out and create great experience. Linda and Brian today was awesome in going above and beyond to help out and make a suit purchase a great experience.

  One of the better Express stores always has the latest trends in stock. Super friendly and prompt service as soon as you walk through the door. However expect to pay premium prices, so bring your express coupons and take advantage of the buy one get one 50% off which applies to most of their items.
