  I have been shopping for a long time in Primark, but lately I have noticed a slight change in the textures of the fabrics, especially in the sweaty pants, the fabric is a little rustic, and when washing it, it makes balls, I hope they continue as they were before.

  Worst customer experience I have ever had in a store. I visited Primark at American Dream on Saturday, January 27, 2025 with my 68-year-old mother and my 5-year-old daughter. After waiting about 25 to 30 minutes in a long checkout line, the employee managing the line allowed two women to cut in front of me simply because the person ahead of me was her friend. This was not one group checking out together, they were planning to pay separately, meaning multiple transactions and more waiting for us. I calmly explained that it was not fair, especially since I was with an elderly parent and a small child who had already been standing for a long time. The staff did not care and even said it did not matter because “they are friends.” Then it got worse. When I stood behind them in the spot that matched my turn, the employee told me that because I complained, I “lost my turn” and I had to go to the back and start the entire line over. That is unfair, unprofessional, and felt like retaliation for speaking up. Primark needs better management of lines and staff training. Customers should not be punished for respectfully asking for fair treatment. I will not be returning.

  The Store its self was lovely however when we went to pay our Cashier (Keyla) was so disrespectful and in a mad mood and didn’t respond to what we had asked about an item..
