HORRIBLE
My family recently had our first-ever family photoshoot scheduled for 6:15 p.m., and it turned into a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were told that Corporate had overbooked the studio and our appointment would be delayed by an hour. No one contacted us in advance. Our session did not end until after 9:00 p.m. Because of this extreme delay, our 1-year-old child became overtired, hungry, and cranky, which negatively impacted the session. The photographer gave very little direction; I had to create our own poses, and despite this being a holiday shoot, my child was not given any holiday props. Other families received more support, props, and assistance in keeping their children engaged. We only received about 10–20 photos, while others received many more. Based on these differences, we genuinely felt discriminated against. This was meant to be a special milestone for our family, and it was extremely upsetting. I am formally requesting a complimentary reshoot under properly staffed and organized conditions, as well as a phone call from a regional manager to discuss this matter further.
We were not given any "Studio-provided" seasonal props to enhance our experience as other families were given.

Your employee Lynne at your East Brunswick location went above and beyond. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, She took the time to help me find what I needed, and was even nice enough to get me a cart! I jokingly said I wish I could hire her as my personal shopper. I originally came to your store for a few items and after Lynne's help I purchased over $1000 ! I was extremely hot after all the shopping and Lynne was nice enough to give me a fan ! I wish I could have opened a JCP card to save some extra money on my purchase, but in this economy I don't know anyone that wants to add more debt on to their budget. I haven't been to your store in quite some time but as long as Lynne is there to help I will definitely be back. It's so refreshing to have a dedicated employee that makes shopping a great experience. She is a rare find now-a-days. Thanks for all your help Lynne!
