- JJJayoMar 23, 20261.0I went today to deptford sunglass hut where I was greeted by Erica who customer service was horrible she gave us a hard time returning the glasses my wife purchased only 7 days before we had the receipt box n glasses were in great conditions. Erica proceeded to make claims that the glasses were in not fit for resale and refused to do a return for us. My experience was horrible at this store and feel Erica abused her authority and made it her decision not to do a return for no apparent reason except because she had the authority to do so. Attached are the glasses that she said we in such bad conditions that are obviously brand new and in great condition.
