Instead of giving me the pair of glasses my girlfriend wanted which were the normal, non transition lenses she gave me the transition lenses that are more expensive. I end up getting my sunglasses for 40% off but then when I find out that my Girlfriends are wrong I go back to try to exchange them. The employee says they are all out of the ones I asked for on my first trip and he says he doesn’t know how to do a refund. So I have to go to another store and get my refund. At the other store they take my 40% off of my sunglasses off because I am returning the other glasses. On the meta website the glasses are luckily 20% off but I am still spending more money then if I had been given what I asked for. Very frustrating because I am paying for something that I didn’t want.
- ALAmber LynnDec 27, 20211.0I ordered my mothers Christmas gift online for same day pick up within 2 hours on December 22nd as it stated that if you would like your order by Christmas choose in store pickup. Long story short it is Monday 12/27 two days after Christmas and it’s still not at the store or ready for pickup. Spoke with a store manager at the deptford location on 12/26 who promised that he would get this resolved and pick them up from ups if need be only for me to get up and here it is the next day and NOTHING. I took the next steps and called the 1800 number as that is the corporate to be told by another manager that they are in transit TO THE STORE because they were out of stock (which wasn’t stated) and they don’t have a ETA and that the most she could do is give 20%off when I asked to be refunded and they just keep the glasses then she hung up the phone saying I’m not letting her talk ! Unbelievable!!! This will be my first and last order here .
