They dropped off the item at the wrong address refusing to send our gift to the right address — correcting the order, or even giving a refund. The customer service at this location is horrid and argued with my wife on the location of our house (They had the address right just didn't leave it there!). I would stay away and if you want to order from edible arrangements do yourself a favor and use the one in Parsippany which I've never had an issue from. Would like to Respond the the owner: Based on your response, it seems you’re not the person my wife spoke with. There were, in fact, multiple arguments during that conversation. We were told to drive around the neighborhood to locate the package ourselves, and it was repeatedly stated that no refunds or redelivery would be provided. While the package was eventually redelivered the following day, given the circumstances, we did not feel comfortable consuming anything and it was tossed. I suggest you find better employees to represent your business because we will no longer be a customer. FYI, earlier that day we received an order from a nice gentleman that drove all the way from parsippany with no issue.
