  The worst service ever but only location left. Spent $1,280.37 and absolutely no one except Maya in pink shirt below deserves any credit! Where do I start the only person working on Feb 14th 2026 was the lady named Maya pictured below. She was helpful and got me a fitting room and did her best to help all 3 customers in the store. The best part is that other three employees were literally sitting, one standing and the other hanging over the front cash register. They laughed talked loudly with me standing 3 feet from them with my arms full of merchandise. See my receipt below I spent $1,280.37 most of my items in store purchased and the others ordered from store to my home. The only reason I never left was because it’s the only location left anywhere. Lane Bryant these people are not the dream team. The irony is when I asked Maya who the Manger was, it was the exact young man siting and leading the conversation and laughter in the store, while the customers walked around aimlessly looking for what they needed. Eventually the Assistant Manger pictured below in a black hoodie asked to leave my items at the register, when in fact I needed to try them on and Maya already had a room started for me. However Maya was running between the other customers, while three people two of whom where mangers sat and talked and laughed and just ignored us all. I even took video but google doesn’t allow me to upload video or believe me I would. Eventually black hoodie was left alone, when the “amazing manger” left for the day and the other person went to the back. So now after about an hour of me choosing items alone trying items alone, she came over because I asked her to help with bras. Then she started to go into bare min employee mode and offered me a bra fit and began to give me what I needed but only at my request and an hour later. This is worst team I’ve ever met but as they say, it always starts with the leadership so I guess they don’t have a good regional leader, As the store team obviously doesn’t have a good store leader or assistant leader. What a shame this is and we all wonder why retail is a dying space. This is a clear example why. Disappointed customer for sure! The store was clean and organized looks like Maya was doing that too.🙈

  This location provides EXCELLENT Customer Service. Kudos to Shamiyah (sp? sorry if this is spelled wrong) who took her time with me, and especially Tatiana, who helped with locating what I needed and with a flawless return from an online order. Highly recommend this tag-team; wish more folks were like them.

  So in purchasing the long flare leggings. Although very comfortable i realize they came undone in the middle on the thigh area and it's not like they fit me tight so I couldn't figure out why they're coming undone and I've only worn them 3 times I wish I could replace them for another pair because they are not cheap. So be aware of this if purchasing. And for that reason I've given it a 2 Although I would like to give it a 0. Please just be aware that they can come undone.
