They confirmed my order and I arrive right at 6pm to get it and the sign stated they close at 5pm. Online, it shows the hours were updated 6 weeks ago, which is false. This ruined my surprise for my mother.

When the pickup time passed, I suggested my husband call just to see if something happened. They said it was ready, so we drove over. We still waited about 15 minutes to get our order, even though it was well past the scheduled pick up time, we called and verified it was ready, then drive over. Not sure what happened here. The product however, was beautiful as expected, and was a big hit.
