- RHRoberta HApr 12, 20241.0The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any retail store. I love Steve Madden shoes and couldn’t be helped or spoken too. The lady literally kept going about her day without acknowledging me. I think that’s horrible, rude and unprofessional and if retail is not where she want to be she needs to retire. Another customer left with me due to the same reason corporate needs to visit this location and make some changes or you will lose business based off this
