  It seems everyone has complained about the cherry hill location within the last year any good review is 4-10 years ago . I think someone from corporate needs to visit before the sales associate meets her match like me I know I’m not for the disrespect , dismissive , ignorant behaviors because I know if I don’t have my service dog with me it will cause me to have an episode . Lord knows I been out of trouble for11 years .I haven’t assaulted anyone I hope nobody causes me to blessed them with my hands because I will do it won’t think twice . All I see it tunnel vision and the fact I need to finish up my opponent like finish her fatality . Respect is due to a DOG please don’t disrespect me of it will get ugly I promise him/her I don’t discriminate.

  I came in on black friday to return a pair of boots I had purchased online that did not fit. When I entered the store I was told they weren’t accepting returns because it was black friday. This rule is not listed in their return policy and makes absolutely no sense since there wasn’t a line at the register. I live an hour away and was told I should just come back the next day to return them. I made another return at a different store that day with no problem so I don’t understand where this “rule” came from. If this is the policy for their store it should have been listed on the websites return policy. Overall another terrible experience with steve madden!
