It is around Christmas so I expect the checkout to be long, but I didn't expect picking up paid orders to be in the same line. I don't know why they don't have prepaid orders for pick up located somewhere else in the store. You literally show a bar code, they give you your order, you leave. If you need to return something, then yes, wait in line. But you shouldn't have to wait with 25+ people making purchases, just to pick up a box and go. Needless to say I'll have to come back another day when it is not packed. Kohls has an area in the back of their store for picking up paid orders, so you're not taking up a checkout line in the front. Just a suggestion.
