She said I put too much on my skin. Even worse than that, she told me I wasn’t supposed to put it on my legs while the packaging says “BODY BUTTER” big and bold. If you don’t know all the products, do some research or get some training. Or at least read the title of the product.

A month later — or even more — I received a message stating that an additional $52 was due. I replied explaining that I had already paid $40 and asked what the extra charge was for. In response, they denied receiving the $40 and confidently claimed that I had not paid anything at all. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Please return my earrings as soon as possible.

The sale person was trying too much to do his job the point of asking too personal questions. In their computer, the tags on the pieces of jewelry were altered compared to the official site, reflecting an incorrect 50% higher cost, and the correct prices were poorly blacked out by pen on the tags, so it was still possible to see the real price. Once presented the issue, the staff, not surprised and without explanation, sold the item for the correct price.
