- PSPeter Sciarrotta5 days ago1.0I placed an online pick up order for a pair of Uggs. When picking up my purchase, the person helping handed me the bag and walked away- barely saying a word. Thankfully I decided to pull the box out of the bag and check they gave me the correct pair of uggs and correct size. I would think it would be a standard process for the employees to check they are providing the correct pair of shoes and size before handing it over to customers. When I opened it there was one brown Ugg and one grey Ugg… not sure how you mess that up. It took about 20 min to find a person to go look for the other shoe or new pair, and then another 20 min for the person to come back and tell me they couldn’t find another pair or the other brown one that was missing… not to mention, as I sat there for almost an hour, the person at the pick up order counter made sure to ask every customer after me if they wanted her to open up the bag/box the product was in for them to check it - why was that not done for me? Now I wasted my time going out to the store and have to wait over a week now for the product to be shipped to me. I asked if there was anything that could be done for the inconvenience I was put through but was told they can’t do anything. Really great customer service from this huge corporation who apparently hires people who can’t tell one shoe from another. Absolutely ridiculous. Telling anyone I know to stay away from the cherry hill mall Nordstrom after dealing with that terrible service.

When I respectfully pointed this out, her attitude became even more aggressive instead of resolving the situation. Won’t be going back. And her managers just allow her to do that. Inappropriate given the lack of professionalism displayed during my visit.
