  Went there today, staff at the door said " welcome "etc, I turn around and smiled thought he was talking to me but he was talking to the people behind me, then I decided to leave after a minute or so. Same staff at the door told the person ahead of me 'have a good day' etc, then I walk by him and he didn't even look at me. Question! Do they discriminate customers there by their looks? Cuz, that's definitely how I felt at that time.

  两天前收到了裤子，不是很喜欢，因为周末只能等星期一去退，到了店里服务人员说不能退，裤子上面标签没有了，又不是我撕的收到就这样了，一切的责任都推给顾客让顾客买单。

  As a “Collective Pinnacle” title holder whatever prestige that’s supposed to carry… I walked into the store on 11/1 simply to return four items. From the moment I approached the counter, the energy was off. The cashier seemed irritated before I even spoke, and the entire interaction felt tense and uncomfortable. What should have been a quick, routine return dragged on for nearly ten minutes. The manager (at least I assume that’s who she was) spent an excessive amount of time scrolling through my account as if searching for a reason to deny the return. These were my two most recent purchases, yet the level of scrutiny and suspicion I felt was completely unnecessary. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth; cold stares, minimal communication, and an overall sense that I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Reading other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in feeling this way. Returning an item should never make customers feel uncomfortable; unless you don’t want “us” as customers…

  I’m very disappointed with the service at this store. Previously, we were told that we couldn’t return the item without a receipt, only exchange it. Now that we have the receipt and want to return it, the manager refuses. The manager’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the store is inconsistent in its policies. her name is taylor 。i spend lot money in lulemon。bad
