    Helpful great vibe when you enter the store, not sure if they’re new a little unorganized and needs help with getting customers out in a timely manner, but overall experience provided by Kseniia and Mourad was pleasant

    Awful. Refused to take back item I purchased within one hour . I took off tag but had tag in hand receipt and perfect condition clothes . Nothing on recwiptnsaidbtheybwouldnt take it back. I'm during the store now

    Disappointing In-Store Experience at Local Cherry Hill Lacoste Location Dear Lacoste Customer Service, I’m writing to share a recent experience at one of your local stores that left me deeply disappointed and disheartened as a loyal Lacoste customer. After an item I was interested in purchasing was out of stock online, I decided to visit a nearby Lacoste store. Upon entering, there were approximately five associates present, yet no one acknowledged or greeted me. Only after I approached someone for assistance—and it became clear I was the customer who had placed an item on hold; was I finally greeted. Unfortunately, the rest of the interaction continued to be lackluster. When I inquired about having the price matched to the online listing, the response felt dismissive. I was eventually directed to the store manager (Mourad), who, rather than addressing my concern with understanding, shifted the conversation toward encouraging me to purchase additional items through the store so he could receive credit. When I explained that I preferred to take my time browsing online, his tone became noticeably condescending. As I was exiting the store, I glanced back and noticed the manager speaking to an associate (Mellisa) with his hand over his mouth; accompanied by body language that strongly suggested the conversation was about me. It was unprofessional and frankly quite hurtful. As someone who frequently shops online with Lacoste and values the brand, I found this in-store experience to fall far short of the service and atmosphere I expect. I associate Lacoste with a more premium, customer-focused experience; not the kind of dismissive or transactional behavior I encountered. Given the competitive nature of retail and the importance of customer loyalty, I would have expected a more welcoming and respectful approach, especially from store leadership. While I will continue to shop with Lacoste online and at other locations, I will not be returning to this particular store! I hope that constructive feedback such as this can help improve the customer experience moving forward. Best regards, -Brooks

    I am a regular customer at Lacoste, so I came to check out the new store! I loced the hospitality of the team and they helped me a lot with picking a few outfits for me ! Great location, come check it out.
