- AWA WeinkeDec 13, 20251.0I took my kids to the Kids zone thing they have once a month today. First time taking them so we went early just in case it wasn’t a thing since I saw it online somewhere. Turns out it was so we stood in a line that between us and another little family created. We were second in the line. Once it started their was already a huge line behind us and the employee came up and started handing out the Lego sets (that was the craft for this month) she asked how many kids we have and I said 4, the boys want the car and my daughter wants the toucan, she than said that they are very limited on the car set so we get what we can get. She goes digging through the bag and hands us 2 cars and 2 toucans. She had more car sets that I saw in the bag and when I continued to say that my 4 year old wants the car she said they are limited and continued onto the next family. Honestly from all the kids shops we’ve taken our kids to it’s always been first come first serve thats why we went 45minutes early to stand in the line and wait so we were guaranteed sets for the kids. Wish I could give y’all a 0 star score cause this was ridiculous. We are not coming back to the CherryHill location because of the attitude of the employee, next month we are going to try the Deptford location in hopes the employee has better communication skills and a better attitude. Cause the way this employee was acting she needs to go take some communication courses cause their was a better way for her to talk to us.
