Despite the store being empty, my friend and I received no greeting from the two sales associates present. To our surprise, one associate was openly changing clothes in the public area without acknowledging us. This lack of professionalism made my friend especially uncomfortable—he felt so embarrassed that he left the store immediately. I expect better from a brand like J.Crew, where customer service and a welcoming environment should be a priority. Never go back to that store again.
