An associate named Kylie was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me with finding the jeans I needed in my size. She made sure I knew about the sales and was just genuinely pleasant the entire time, especially impressive on such a busy day! Thank you, Kylie, for making my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable!

Couple of weeks later , I went to the store with a receipt to exchange smaller size, but the cashier said that we cannot accept this the fact that there is no etiquette on it even if I say I have the receipt. That’s the most stupid thing ever for shopping. I do NOT recommend this place, go to HM, Zara or other stores, they have a better service.
