Drove from Philadelphia to The Cherry Hill Mall. I walked into the Alo store with a smile on my face and I left from there crying! I was greeted by an employee call Shelly or something like that, she said “how can I help you?” I replied “ yes I’m looking for a winter jacket.” She said “it’s all over the store. In my head I’m thinking why ask if I need help if you don’t want to help. FYI she was too busy flirting with the security man at the door. I asked for help to someone and he said he couldn’t help me but he was going to get someone else to help me. There she come (Shelly)! I’m holding a jacket asked her if she had it in another color, she grabs the jacket from my hands toss it on the counter top and rudely says to me that she can’t help me. I spoke to the manager and Shelly keeps looking at me and laughing. The manager tried to help me so she could make my experience better but I was just too upset and just left crying. I’m out of words and if Alo is not giving proper training to the employees I don’t even feel comfortable to buy from Alo anymore.

Would not even give one star if i had a choice. No customer service at all. Manager would not even get on the phone with me to figure out an issue, and the girl i spoke with refused to give her name or the store managers name. They just want you to buy their overpriced merchandise, not help if a question or issue should occur! The worst! Never going back.

I have only had great experiences at this location! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I go once a week as I love Alo !
