  It’s really such a shame I even have to write this around the holidays but the attitudes my boyfriend received this morning when trying to pick up a gift for 3 weeks now is absurd. I’m an aerie stan but this is unacceptable behavior by their employees. The 2 orders were placed 3 weeks ago and we have been waiting for the pickup confirmation. The 1st order was delivered but we weren’t notified to come pick it up until 6:50 PM when the store was set to close at 8. Finally today, we called customer service and they put us in touch with the warehouse who then instructed us to call the store because their truck dropped off our order in the morning. The first girl told us to check our email but we did and there was nothing. She said with an attitude well then it’s not ready. My boyfriend said the warehouse said it was delivered. She proceeded to get her manager who had an even worse, nasty attitude . She explained “that the truck still never delivered the order but either way 100s of orders come in one box, they just don’t ship your order with ur name on it.” We understand that and completely respect the effort it takes but the way she said it was uncalled for ESPECIALLY coming from a manager. I thought there was supposed to be an increased level of professionalism with this title?? Needless to say we will never come back to this location. If you need an aerie go to the Willow grove mall, all of their employees are so sweet and helpful!

  A bright, cheerful store - and I find something nice every time! The sales are very good, the merchandise well stocked. The staff are all helpful.
