  Today, April 28, 2026, I was greeted at the entrance of the store by an employee named Mason. He was incredibly kind and attentive to both my daughter and me. Walking into a store and having someone personally help you select clothing deserves a 10/10 experience. I originally went in looking for just one item, and I ended up buying eight, totaling $912—and honestly, I don’t regret it at all. Mason’s positive attitude clearly contributes to increasing the company’s sales, and he’s a perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like. I truly hope the company gives Mason the opportunity to grow professionally at the right time, because employees like him are worth keeping and investing in. They should be retained by giving them opportunities to advance. I also want to mention the manager on duty—I don’t remember her name, but she had such a positive attitude that it made the whole environment feel special. She was attentive not only to customers but also to her team. I love visiting stores that make customers feel happy. I will definitely be back! :-) Thank you!

  I went today to get my grandson a swear suit for his birthday and was greeted by Matt! He was excellent in his customer service and product knowledge. I ended up buying socks and the slides in addition to the sweat suit because of how great Matt was.

  Omg Channel did a wonderful job helping me today I was scared to go inside the store because of the negative reviews however, I had the best experience ever! they treated me like a special guest. Thanks again for this wonderful experience Channel. I’ll be back.
