She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond in her customer service. The shoes are great, but the in-store experience was pleasant and informative in a way that somehow made the purchase even more satisfying. Shoutout to Ruby and her co-worker Taylor for being so awesome at what they do!
