  I purchased a gem stone at Roman Jewelers and Kenny helped me find the perfect ring setting. The final result exceeded my expectations. The ring with the gem stone was absolutely stunning. The team there were warm, professional and caring. They took excellent care to meet my needs. Would recommend your next exquisite buy be done at Roman Jewelers! And did l mention that Kenny is absolutely amazing? Well he is! His eye for the beautiful things are 2nd to no one and he listens intently and finds you what want not to make a sale but to make your heart sing with love and joy!

  I always have the best experience with Jen Ruh at Roman’s. She is incredibly kind, friendly and genuinely welcoming. She listens to what I want and always finds a way to make it happen. There is never any pressure when I deal with Jen…just thoughtful and honest advice. She truly cares about her customers and just wants me to feel comfortable with my choice. I would recommend Roman Jewelers to anyone (I feel so safe leaving my jewelry in their hands), but to make it a truly memorable experience, ask for Jen!

  I stopped by a few weeks ago to have my Rolex watch resized and adjusted. I was greeted and assisted by Angela who was exceptional. Not only did she go out of her way to adjust my watch, but also provided me with a complimentary travel case. We had great, meaningful conversation, and she even let me try on many time pieces. Weeks later, I am still blown away by the phenomenal service. It has stuck with me and I just had to leave this positive review. Angela is a superstar, and I will be coming back here in the future when it is time to purchase jewelry. Thank you!

  Tears of joy is all I can say. I went into Roman Jewelers for a second opinion due to my new engagement ring not being correctly built. As a newly engaged woman, I was severely disappointed to have my stone almost fall out, and I knew I had to seek a second opinion. I am so happy I chose Roman Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Olivia throughout this entire process and she truly made what could have been a stressful experience as fun and exciting as possible. Olivia confirmed my concerns and explained that the basket needed to be fully replaced. We worked together to find a basket that properly fits my stone, and even found a beautiful upgrade that accentuates the ring as a whole. Olivia and her team were completely transparent with pricing and the timeline throughout the entire process. Picking up my ring today and seeing the finished product brought me to tears, it looks absolutely gorgeous and fits perfectly! They have earned a lifetime customer.
