  We had the most incredible experience at the Bridgewater Commons Lululemon thanks to Teresa Zell and Nicole Dandridge. My son is just getting into running, and they didn’t just help him—they truly saw him. They took the time to connect, fit him thoughtfully, and build his confidence in such a genuine way. They even invited him to come back and share how his first 5K went, which meant so much. They went above and beyond—connecting us to the running community, introducing us to a coach, and celebrating his success like he was their own. Their kindness and generosity left us completely overwhelmed. When I followed up to say thank you, Teresa shared that creating connection is at the heart of lululemon’s mission—and this team truly lives that out. Beyond impressed with the service, the quality of the clothing, and the heart behind this store. We are so grateful 💛

  I went into Lululemon to look at backpacks, which are located right by the cashier desk. I spent about 10 minutes browsing right in front of the staff, and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I also wasn’t welcomed into the store, even though I heard employees greet other customers who came in after me. The lack of acknowledgment felt uncomfortable and rude, and it left me wondering why I was treated differently. I expect better customer service from a brand like Lululemon, especially when staff are clearly available.

  I had a bit of a snafu with a shopping experience and the manager of this store, Kat gave me the most professional, kind, accommodating service I have received in a long, long time. I am a consumer for life.

  Very expensive. They sold my daughter the wrong size exercise pants. Today they tried to sell her the "correct" size. These yoga pant are $100.00. They were very nonchalant about it. Chuckling, with a "oh the girl must have given you the wrong size, you're definitely a 6, not a 10."
