- DTDavid Torres2 days ago1.0I had a terrible experience at this Express location in Bridgewater Commons. I went in for a return, and the associate was extremely rude and unhelpful. First, she made a big deal about a "do not remove" tag. After we called customer service to resolve the issue, she changed her story and rudely claimed the clothes "smelled like perfume" just to avoid processing the return. It is very unprofessional to make personal comments and jump from one excuse to another to avoid doing your job. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location; save yourself the trouble and go to a different store where the staff is actually professional.
