  If I had to use one word to describe Roman Jewelers it would be EXCEPTIONAL. That word also describes the staff and the overall experience that I had. From the moment that I walked in, I was made to feel like family. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kenny. I met with Kenny a number of times and he and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. As you can see, I cannot say enough good things about them. I can only tell you that I would not go anywhere else. If you can tell them what you want, they will make it happen.

  Special Thank you to Carolyn for the help today and the rest of the staff at Roman jewelers. This has been my second experience with this amazing jewelry store. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and attended right away. I was offered sparkling water to enjoy while browsing the amazing selection of jewelry that was presented masterfully. Carolyn did a phenomenal job helping me pick a necklace for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I purchased a stunning sterling silver necklace to celebrate a memorable milestone in my daughter’s life. Thank you to Carolyn, Romina and ALL of the staff at Roman Jewelers for your warm welcome and attention to detail.

  My husband and I spent the afternoon at Roman Jewelers and truly enjoyed our time. Within two steps of entering the door, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Kenny graciously showed us the Rolex collection as well as other designers. He took his time, kept us well informed and always made sure we were comfortable - offering drinks, coffee and even lunch. The co-owners, Sophie and Lucy, warmly welcomed us to their store as well. We walked away with a handsome Christmas gift for my husband. We highly recommend and look forward to shopping again!

  I recently visited Roman Jewelers in Bridgewater to try on their exhibition Rolex collection, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Lucy was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. I was recommended to Roman Jewelers by some coworkers who are local, and now I completely understand why they spoke so highly of this store. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Lucy took the time to show me numerous pieces, answer all my questions, and help me find the perfect watch that truly fit me. I was placed on the list for my chosen model, and although the wait begins, I know it will be well worth it. As a first-time customer, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. I'm thrilled with the experience and look forward to working with Roman Jewelers in the future for all of my family's jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

  I recently had an excellent experience with Carmine Panucci at Roman Jewelers. Carmine is the authorized Rolex expert at the store and he assisted me with the purchase of a Rolex GMT Master 2 watch. I visited with him eleven months ago. He took the time to show me several models of Rolex watches, and he explained to me how the authorized Rolex dealers receive a monthly shipment from Rolex, and typically don’t know what will arrive. We created a “wish list”, and I was fortunate enough to get the call from Carmine two weeks ago. I highly recommend working with Carmine, and although it can at times be somewhat frustrating to have to wait for your preferred watch to arrive, in my opinion it is worth the wait.
