- RHRiley HFeb 8, 20261.0I went into Lululemon to look at backpacks, which are located right by the cashier desk. I spent about 10 minutes browsing right in front of the staff, and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I also wasn’t welcomed into the store, even though I heard employees greet other customers who came in after me. The lack of acknowledgment felt uncomfortable and rude, and it left me wondering why I was treated differently. I expect better customer service from a brand like Lululemon, especially when staff are clearly available.

They were very nonchalant about it. Chuckling, with a "oh the girl must have given you the wrong size, you're definitely a 6, not a 10."
