    Store is good, however staff needs improvement. Had to find someone and ask for the other shoe to try on, was told "you need to wait". Pretty rudely. At checkout it didn't get better. Our checkout person was answering questions 3 registers away while ringing us up, lost track of our transaction due to being distracted. Forgot where 1 of our shoes went. I asked if she could finish up with us before getting involved with another customer, "dont tell me how to do my job". Wow, very disappointed with the drop off in service and whats with the attitude??

    The Story: I am a shoe girl with a size 5/5.5 foot. Therefore, I rarely find a box in the main isles that have to either of my sizes on them. Sooo, I go to the back of the store to the clearance isles where I can shop by size. THE REASON FOR THE RATING: I went into the Bridgewater NJ store yesterday, 3/27 in search of reasonably priced Crocs for my husband and a of course I'd check out my sizes just to see if there was a treasure to be found. Crocs: Men's $50 NOT reasonable. Since ycan wear kids size 3 or 4 I checked. There were no prices on any of the pairs on the 2 fully stocked displays (from baby to size 5). I asked a floor employee and she quickly told me $35 NOT reasonable. I was going to ask why they weren't priced but because her response wasn't: "Thank you for letting me know, I'll let the manager know about that". My thought was it's better to have kids try them on and lime them or have someone else bring them to the register and increase the purchase potential. LASTLY AND PERHAPS MOST DISTURBING: THE CLEARANCE SECTION LIGHTING over the Kids, sizes 5-6 & the last men's aisles need new fluorescent bulbs! It was uncomfortably dark while trying to read the boxes and see the colors of the footwear!!! Sorry (not sorry)for the lengthy review.
