At checkout it didn't get better. Our checkout person was answering questions 3 registers away while ringing us up, lost track of our transaction due to being distracted. Forgot where 1 of our shoes went. I asked if she could finish up with us before getting involved with another customer, "dont tell me how to do my job". Wow, very disappointed with the drop off in service and whats with the attitude??
