  I’ve shopped at American Eagle for years, but this experience was disappointing. I bought a pair of jeans that ripped on the first wash, which clearly points to a defect. I went back to the store to resolve it and explained that I paid with a card, but without a receipt they said they couldn’t look up the purchase. The only resolution offered was a $10 store credit, which doesn’t match the cost of the jeans or the issue. I understand store policies, but I expected better support for a clearly defective product. Quality and customer service both missed the mark here.

  Went today to exchange some gifts from Christmas for the correct size and unfortunately could not find my size in stock. Sofia was great and helped us exchange all of my items, order the correct ones online and had them delivered straight to our home with free shipping. She was patient, friendly and knowledge. Thank you Sofia, day after Christmas shopping has never been this easy.

  I always have a fantastic experience at this store. The inventory is always fully stocked and organized, the store and dressing rooms are always spotless, and I never have a problem finding anything. The staff are a vibe in and of themselves, they always offer their assistance without any hesitation. Corey went above and beyond (even over the phone!): An item that I was looking to purchase was completely sold out on the American Eagle website, so I called the store and I was immediately connected with a fabulous associate by the name of Corey. Corey took it upon himself to search the store, and found the LAST ONE on the shelf in the store and held it at the counter for me to pick up later that day. I could not be more grateful to him for being so kind, willing, and professional—it truly made my day! Thank you SO much for another great experience!
