  Today I went to buy some sneakers for work. When I entered, there was a young woman at the entrance who wasn't kind enough to greet me. Other people were behind me, and she did greet them. Maybe because I looked very Hispanic, she didn't say hello to me. Then a guy named Jake came in (I hope that's how it's spelled). He was very kind and spoke to me in English, although he asked if I spoke Spanish and if I was comfortable with him speaking to me in Spanish, which I said yes to! He was very kind and made me feel welcome. I congratulate you for having employees like Jake. Again, when I was about to leave the store, I saw the blonde woman who hadn't greeted me, giving me a dirty look from somewhere in the store. I bought some sneakers; I hope they're worth it! Thanks again to Jake.

  Very disappointing experience from start to finish. After issues with an in-store pickup during the holidays, my order was cancelled and I was instructed to repurchase the same items in-store. When I returned only to exchange the size, the store refused due to a minor fold wrinkle and inspected the item publicly in front of other customers. I escalated the issue to customer care, and the only resolution offered was store credit. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable doing business with this brand. This situation was handled with a complete lack of respect for the customer. Not the standard expected from a company that positions itself as premium.

  Very disappointing experience. I purchased a hoodie, tried it on once at home, and it immediately left lint all over my undershirt. So I decided not to wear it anymore. The item was returned with tags attached, receipt in hand, and within the return window, yet the associate refused the return, claiming it was “worn.” That even trying on is considered worn. I had already confirmed with customer service that trying an item on at home is acceptable. When I asked the associate (who stated she was a manager) to call customer service to clarify, she refused and said she “didn’t have time.” After involving another manager, the return was processed as a so-called “one-time courtesy,” which was unnecessary and dismissive. For a brand at this price point, both the product quality and customer service were unacceptable. Poorly handled and poorly managed.

  Very clean and neat aesthetic. Great friendly, customer service and good music. Shoes are very comfortable and worth the purchase.
