  Very disappointing experience. I purchased a hoodie, tried it on once at home, and it immediately left lint all over my undershirt. So I decided not to wear it anymore. The item was returned with tags attached, receipt in hand, and within the return window, yet the associate refused the return, claiming it was “worn.” That even trying on is considered worn. I had already confirmed with customer service that trying an item on at home is acceptable. When I asked the associate (who stated she was a manager) to call customer service to clarify, she refused and said she “didn’t have time.” After involving another manager, the return was processed as a so-called “one-time courtesy,” which was unnecessary and dismissive. For a brand at this price point, both the product quality and customer service were unacceptable. Poorly handled and poorly managed.

  Very clean and neat aesthetic. Great friendly, customer service and good music. Shoes are very comfortable and worth the purchase.

  Definitely don’t recommend. Bs pricing for very uncomfortable clothing and shoes. Lululemon is a little bit more pricey, but so much more worth the money and comfort. Update: a couple months of wearing the sneakers I got for at work use only, and the soles are already peeling. I’ve never had sneakers look crappy and cheap so quick especially after spending so much on them. The padding on the inside of the shoe is also very uncomfortable, I ended up switching them out for something more comfortable.
