However, it was my first time at an LL Bean and it was very hard to navigate the store. On top of that, the associate helping me, Nick, was hardly any help. We both ended up getting lost and he was unable to aid me in searching for a jacket that suited my needs. I ended up leaving with nothing but wasted time. Safe to say I won’t be returning to an LL Bean anytime soon.
