I needed to get a nice jacket and gear for a backpacking / camp trip and they seemed to have a very little selection. The racks are loaded with 50 of the same jackets and clothes with one to two colors to choose from. They didn’t have anything I was looking for (in store) and I ended up ordering the type of jacket I was looking for through a helpful associate, which defeated the whole purpose of coming to the store. Also when I asked the person working the shoe section “what is a hiking shoe you would recommend?” he was very nice but had no real knowledge about the shoes or how they perform, telling me he had only been on one hike in his life.
