- RTR TJan 14, 20261.0My family and i are frequent patrons of this store but after my experience today i will never return to this store! As my 6 year old daughter and myself walked in to the store 2 employees a young woman behind the counter and a man with a beard neither one greeted us or even acknowledged we were in store as we walked to the back of store to mens clothing my daughter touched a mannequin at this time the young woman who had not greeted us decided to scream at my daughter 3 times from the counter thru the store to stop touching the mannequin my daughter and i mortified we left immediately and of course neither of the customer service-less employees said anything . Needless to say ill never return to this horribly managed store again i can see why store had no customers ill be reaching out to corporate what a shame they ruin a nice store with horrible help
- SHSara HafNov 8, 20251.0Very unfriendly. I went to the fitting room with my shopping bags like I do every other store unless a signage says otherwise. I went in with my bags and I understand being worried about someone stealing, I also work retail, but yelling at me to get out the fitting room and trying to snatch my bags is absolutely outrageous!! The employee was some short male figure and please put a sign up or have him learn how to speak politely and not yell. I’d rather drive an extra 30-45 minutes to philly outlet where i’m not yelled at!!
