  I visited the Michael Kors store at Gloucester Premium Outlets on December 12, 2025, looking for a crossbody bag for everyday wear. From the moment I entered, Tiara greeted me warmly along with two other customers with a friendly “hello” and thank you for stopping in. It truly matters when an employee is well-groomed—hair neat, clothes tidy, face clean, teeth brushed—and speaks professionally. Tiara exemplifies these qualities perfectly. I've shopped at this store several times, even when it was located elsewhere on the premises, and I can honestly say she is by far the most helpful, courteous, and professional associate I’ve ever encountered. Despite the holiday chaos and the busy store environment, she remained attentive to incoming customers and offered assistance not only to me but to others as well. It was reassuring to see her stay calm, kind, and attentive, even when multiple requests came in at once. These qualities prompted me to take the time to highlight her outstanding service. Tiara truly made my shopping experience exceptional, and her professionalism is greatly appreciated.

  I visited the store today and found a beautiful bag at a great price. I also picked out a nice pair of sunglasses and asked an associate on the floor to confirm that the display pair was only for trying on, assuming I would receive a new pair at the register since the display ones were scratched and smudged from being handled—which is completely normal. When I got to the register, however, the cashier informed me that the display pair was the one I would be purchasing. She wasn’t very pleasant, though I won’t say she was rude; perhaps she was just having an off day. I explained that the glasses were visibly scratched and worn and asked why I should pay full price for a damaged pair. She simply shrugged and said that was that. Did not offer to order online or anything. At that point, I decided to leave without purchasing them. If display items are the only option, they should at least be discounted. I gave the store three stars because the associate on the floor was very kind, and I did find a lovely purse. In the future, I’ll likely shop at a different Michael Kors location for my purchases.
