- JTJacqui TaylorApr 17, 20261.0I have never felt so unwanted in a store as a customer in my entire life. It’s almost as if the entire staff went out of their way to ignore me. I was not greeted either of the two times that I visited the store today. But all other customers around me were greeted, told about current promotions, and offered assistance. Hate to pull the race card but it’s clear that this is not a welcoming environment for anyone who isn’t white. It was a blatant disregard to me as a customer and as a person in general. Especially for the associates to boldly stare at me but never acknowledge me. I love the aerie brand but this has soured me as a customer moving forward. DO BETTER, seriously!
